2. For a total of 6 weeks, 3 days per week (M,W, F), you will enjoy all the benefits of hitting it hard and seeing amazing results after your commitment is over!

4. We take all your vital workout signs and help you assess your goals. Then we monitor those signs to help you succeed and be all that you can be.
