"I've got to say that this is the most active I've been since college. I thought that the classes would be too much for me since I'm very overweight. I'll be the first to admit that even though I'm tired as heck when I leave, I feel much better knowing that I did it. The instructors have been terrific breaking down the low impact moves and being patient while I learn the songs and routines."
